Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents position for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household routines and budgeting, and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
