PA/Caregiver

Two-person, fully on-campus role as Flex Houseparents for a group of 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students daily, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle to a placed houseparent assignment with a consistent student group. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married couple age 27+, with both spouses completing individual applications.
