Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a two-person married-couple role living in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, medical/dental/vision, retirement options, PTO, and training. Qualifications include experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, no alcohol on duty, smoke- and weapon-free campus, and the need for both spouses to complete individual applications; eligibility requires being married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older.
