Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School, located on-campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of ~813 students in a home setting; duties include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment; requires high school diploma or GED, valid US driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness for both spouses to complete individual employment applications; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
