PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, provide supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel for a group of 8–13 students. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications and be at least 27 years old; duties include budgeting, household reporting, driving, and supporting student development in a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
