Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on-campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, supervise 8–13 students, mentor, plan activities, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel, manage budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed Houseparent role. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; both spouses must be at least 27 years old and legally married for at least two years. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and free housing meals while on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
