PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions, and coordinating budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
