Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent positions at Milton Hershey School located in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-on / three-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older. The role is on-campus, full-time, with a focus on student development in a structured, family-like home environment.
