PA/Caregiver

PA/Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Two-person, on-campus positions residing in student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students; duties include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
