PA/Caregiver

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role on a residential campus: couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with likelihood of transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must apply individually.
