Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent for long-term housing and leadership of a student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet limitations and housing rules as described
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Two-spouse requirement for consideration (both spouses must apply)
- Two years married minimum for couples role
