Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee household routines including budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a future transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
