PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents responsible for housing and supervising on-campus student homes with a group of about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role progresses from initial nine days on / three off, to a placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group.
