Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. The couple resides in on-campus student homes and provides care, supervision, mentorship, and support for about 8–13 students, including daily routines, medications, transportation to activities, developmentally appropriate planning, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include budgeting and household reporting, supervising schedules, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off rotations to a placed houseparent assignment living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive health benefits. Requires legally married couples of at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED required.
