PA/Caregiver

PA/Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents residing in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, and supervision, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions, and contributing to budgeting and reporting. Couples work a nine-on-duty day cycle (nine days on, three off) and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, no alcohol on duty, and compliance with campus safety and conduct standards. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
