PA/Caregiver

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles on campus at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, medication administration, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and supervising household routines and student schedules. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Salary per person is $44,768 with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and two-year marriage minimum for both spouses.
