Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role to live in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent who remains with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The role is a two-spouse, full-time position for couples who are legally married for at least two years and where both spouses must apply individually.
