Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married couple role living on-campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three days-off schedule and eventual transition to a placed houseparent with same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and paid training; benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSAs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-year marriage
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
