PA/Caregiver

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, and planning developmental and recreational activities. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married two-year partnership for both spouses who must be age 27 or older; two-person couple-based employment applications are required.
