PA/Caregiver

PA/Caregiver role for Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. A two-person, married-couple position residing in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and development support to 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting, and housing reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, PTO, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, two-year married couple minimum, both spouses 27+, clean conduct on a weapon-free campus, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and experience with youth.
