Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in Saint Charles, MO, responsible for supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Role includes nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a dedicated Houseparent in a single student home; requires a married couple, both spouses age 27+, with a high school diploma or GED and ability to drive student vans. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
