PA/Caregiver

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in a student home near Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support to a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student group. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with a pro-Judeo-Christian chapel environment. The role is explicitly designed for married couples who are legally married for at least two years and both spouses are 27 or older; relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
