Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside on-campus and care for 8–13 students in a family-like home. A two-person, legally married couple will provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, development and recreation planning, daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
