PA Attendant - SPA

Job Summary
Provide spa orientation to guests upon arrival, maintain cleanliness of workstation, treatment rooms, spa/salon locker room, and lounge areas, dispose of trash and dirty linens, secure supplies and equipment, and stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room and hospitality stations. Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary; coordinate with other departments for urgent repairs. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager; complete safety training and certifications; follow policies and maintain professional appearance. Develop positive working relationships, speak clearly and professionally, and assist guests’ service needs. Be able to reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds; stand or walk for extended periods; perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
