Job Summary
Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality, process café and retail purchases, and deliver food and beverage orders while maintaining strict food safety guidelines. Assist with food preparation, keep the facility clean and organized, and complete opening, closing, and daily operational checklists. Answer phone inquiries, support club safety during emergencies, and assist with private events. This multifaceted role requires knowledge of club policies, memberships, and procedures, with a focus on teamwork and authentic interaction. Part-time availability (10–20 hours/week) is preferred for weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
- Food Handler Certification
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 - 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously for the duration of a shift (4 to 8 hours)
- Must be 21+
