PA and Safety Support Engineer

Job Summary
Senior PA&S Engineer to establish and maintain the PA&S requirements baseline for space projects, prepare and manage PA&S documentation in line with ESA standards, review contractors' PA&S plans, monitor non-conformances and critical items, support NRB/CCB and project review boards, participate in MAIT activities, coordinate with RAMS/EEE/M&P specialists, prepare reports and data packages, and support training and knowledge management. Onsite in Noordwijk, Netherlands, with extensive collaboration across multinational teams and stakeholders; requires a Master’s degree and significant PA/QA experience in the space sector.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the space sector
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Assurance and Quality Assurance
- Proven experience supporting Product and Quality Assurance activities for spacecraft units
- Experience with spacecraft-level test campaigns is considered an advantage
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in international and multidisciplinary environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results in complex projects
- EU national
- Candidates must me EU nationals
