Job Summary
Develop detailed production plans aligned with sales forecasts and customer orders while maintaining accurate master data including BOMs, routings, and lead times. Create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to maximize efficiency, then monitor progress to adjust plans for changes in demand, capacity, or material availability. Utilize ERP systems as the primary tool for planning and control, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage delivery schedules and ensure optimal resource use.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Production Planning or Supply Chain Planning role within a fabrication environment
- Strong hands-on experience using ERP systems for production planning
- Experience managing complex production schedules and multi-level BOMs
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and sales
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline
