Job Summary
Administer Primavera P6 and SmartPM environments, configure user accounts, manage security profiles, and maintain data integrity while troubleshooting system issues and coordinating upgrades. Partner with Construction Operations, Project Controls, and IT to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into functional specifications for solution design and UAT. Lead application implementation projects, develop workflow documentation, and identify automation opportunities using the Power Platform to support integrations across Oracle, Microsoft, and enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering Primavera P6
- 5+ years supporting enterprise business applications
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, or capital project organizations
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Primavera P6 Certified Professional
- PMP, CBAP, or CCBA certifications
- Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, and Power Platform experience
- Experience with ERP integrations and ITIL practices
