Job Summary
Analyze and model ITSM and CSM processes to identify gaps and implement best practices. Facilitate workshops with business units, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into clean process and solution concepts. Design user stories, process flows, and target states while supporting pre-sales activities such as demos, fit/gap analysis, and advisory. Collaborate closely with architects and technical consultants to deliver impactful digital workflow transformations using the ServiceNow platform. Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in ITSM, CSM oder Prozess-/Service Management (ca. 2–5 Jahre)
- Fühlst dich wohl mit Frameworks wie ITIL und kannst Prozesse sauber strukturieren
- Workshops moderierst du gern und souverän
- Prozessmodellierung (BPMN o. Ä.) macht dir Spaß
- ServiceNow Basics & erste Zertifizierungen (z. B. CSA)
