P2P Team Lead

Job Summary
Set and manage the team's daily goals, workload, and priorities for processing supplier invoices and employee expense claims across Latin America. Take ownership of delivery and service quality while onboarding, training, and coaching team members. Process and oversee transactions in NetSuite OneWorld, validating data against purchase orders and identifying missing approvals or documentation. Manage invoice rejections and exceptions through outcome-focused problem-solving, resolving queries related to payments and partnering with suppliers and purchasers to support timely payments. Monitor entry accuracy, exception-resolution times, and stakeholder satisfaction while supporting the adoption of purchasing tools to improve compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable or Purchase-to-Pay experience, including work in a multi-entity environment
- Experience leading, coaching, or supporting the performance of an Accounts Payable or P2P team
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Strong invoice-processing, data-entry, and reconciliation skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve invoice and expense exceptions independently while following standardized processes
- Supplier- and customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to service quality
- Collaborative, resilient, organized, and outcome-oriented working style
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld preferred
