Job Summary
Lead and oversee procure-to-pay operations in a fast-paced, global environment. Develop and implement the procure-to-pay strategy, define and coordinate cross-region projects, recruit and coach operational teams, monitor daily purchasing activities and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of end-to-end processes. Provide data visibility through dashboards, ensure compliance with procurement policies and EHS standards, collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, and Suppliers, and serve as the point of contact for operational audits. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and SAP/procurement system experience are essential to optimize performance and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Stakeholder management and relationship-building.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
