Job Summary
Innovative and highly organized Human Resource and Recruiting Coordinator responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all benefit programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing relationships with vendors and brokers. Coordinates onboarding and orientation, oversees the Workday learning ecosystem, sources top candidates, partners with managers to deliver recruiting across multiple roles, and manages all stages of the hiring process for various positions. Strong emphasis on HR processes, benefits program management, cross-functional collaboration, and exceptional communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of HR and recruiting experience
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective time management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving and process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required for role
