Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient paint booth environment by performing routine cleaning of booths, walls, floors, grating, and overspray collection systems. Remove paint buildup from fixtures, hooks, racks, conveyors, and equipment while replacing filters and assisting with preventive maintenance. Execute daily, weekly, and scheduled deep-cleaning activities, disposing of waste according to environmental guidelines. Operate cleaning tools safely and effectively while adhering to all safety, environmental, and quality standards. Work the 2nd shift with a high school diploma preferred and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work safely around paints, solvents, and industrial equipment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
