P0/P1 Methods/Process Engineering PTM

Manage the Process Expertise Center and coordinate interfaces between PG/PL/RO/platform units and other centers. Define standard processes in line with TDP, validate supplier panels, and ensure their deployment across the Product Group. Coordinate worldwide standardization programs, participate in PMC and review committees, and define equipment tool standardization rules. Manage industrialization projects, allocate programs to plants during CAA and IAR, and oversee Master Site performance for delivery, quality, and asset utilization. Support sites during ramp-up and process issues while managing the industrial plan within the Product Group.
