Job Summary
Initiate, verify, and oversee jackpot payouts while assisting guests with W-2G tax forms. Repair ticket acceptor and printer jams, replace low paper, and notify slot technicians for non-functional devices. Complete entries on the Machine Entry Activity Log, participate in jackpot payments, and circulate through assigned areas to monitor guests and machines for problems. Investigate player complaints or irregularities and refer matters to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness of the gaming floor and comply with tribal, state, federal, and NIGC laws. Requires valid Class III gaming licenses from the Nooksack Gaming Commission and Washington State Gambling Commission, age 21 or older, and English proficiency. Previous casino or slot department experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Class III gaming licenses from the Nooksack Gaming Commission and the Washington State Gambling Commission
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English
