Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness protocols. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as business needs dictate. Requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule availability is essential to support business needs. Starting pay is $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.
