Job Summary
Handle inbound calls for vehicle difficulties, determine preliminary courses of action, and troubleshoot issues to achieve one-call resolution. Think creatively and independently while facilitating problem resolution, conveying accurate company information, and explaining vehicle features to callers. Display courtesy, clarity, and professionalism to resolve customer issues and get them back on the road quickly and safely. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives. Must be available for multiple schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work multiple schedules that include weekends and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to use solid reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with effective organization and follow-through skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment under short time constraints
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an inbound call center and automotive-related business is a solid plus
- Intermediate typing and data entry skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Word and Excel
