Maintain cleanliness and safety of HOA common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor amenities. Empty trash and recycling containers, sweep, mop, and sanitize spaces, and clean windows and fixtures as assigned. Pick up litter, assist with light landscaping and seasonal tasks like snow removal, and support maintenance staff with basic repairs. Set up and break down furniture for events and monitor areas for issues to report promptly. Respond to resident requests and follow all safety policies. Part-time role with a pay rate of $15; do not apply if living more than 30 minutes from the Tamarac area.
