Job Summary
Conduct security coverage for corporate events, church services, and personal protection at the Richardson, TX location. Operate a Level III licensed firearm with personal duty gear during 4-6 hour shifts, working weekends and holidays as scheduled. Manage witnesses, communicate with school staff and families, and apply critical judgment while responding to incidents. Maintain physical fitness and stand or sit for extended periods. This part-time role requires 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling dependent on event availability. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, 21 years of age, and possess a current Level III Texas DPS license.
Required Qualifications
- Professional LEVEL 3- Commissioned Officer
- current Level III license issued by TX DPS PSB (pocket guard card IN HAND)
- Level 2 license holders will not be considered
- valid driver's license
- High School degree or equivalent
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to safely handle/operate your firearm
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Work independently and possess good work ethics
- Able to pass a physical fitness assessment
- Must be capable of passing a background check
- 21 years of age
- U.S. Citizen
- No FELONY convictions within the last ten (10) years
- No Class A MISDEMEANOR convictions within the last five (5) years
- No Class B MISDEMEANOR convictions within the last two (2) years
- No family violence convictions
- Cannot currently be on deferred adjudication for any FELONY, Class A or Class B MISDEMEANOR
- Cannot currently have any pending charges or open cases
- Must have OWN DUTY GEAR/ FIREARM
- Level 3 retention holster
- Duty Belt
- OD Green Tactical Pants
- Ability to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time
- Work ALL shifts, this includes potential WEEKENDS/HOLIDAY
- Clean-cut/ good physical health
- Possess adequate speaking and writing skills
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors, which may result in exposure to inclement weather
- Must demonstrate the ability to apply critical thinking skills in rendering solutions to various issues that arise at your post
- Must be able to effectively communicate with school staff, students, families, and law enforcement professionals

- Must be able to obtain, and be able to: Service type weapons with service calibers i.e.- Glock; Sig Saur; H&K; Smith & Wesson M&P; 9mm; .40 cal; .45 ACP; etc.
Desired Qualifications
