Job Summary
Banquet & Meeting Room setup, breakdown, and event support for F&B and hotel functions. Set up banquet rooms per BEOs, arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, and other equipment; ensure rooms meet client specs and guest-ready status. Assist banquet staff during meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events; replenish water and coffee services; transport equipment and supplies; respond to requests from banquet managers and event teams. Breakdown and turnover of rooms between events; maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and service areas. Support restaurant and banquet teams with operational tasks; follow safety standards and report maintenance or safety concerns. Requires ability to stand, lift up to 75 pounds, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior banquet or hospitality experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight event setups.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy equipment and furniture.
