Job Summary
Conduct thorough inspections of returning vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel levels, then secure keys and remove all personal belongings. Complete paperwork to notify management of mechanical issues and review final rental contracts with customers to explain charges. Maintain a clean, organized ready line by inspecting vehicles for quality standards and facilitating exchanges, swaps, or upgrades based on customer requests. Assist customers with locating rental cars and moving vehicles within the facility to support efficient flow.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Top-notch people skills
- Ability to troubleshoot with a smile
- Patience and understanding throughout the rental experience
