Job Summary
The Building Maintenance Technician will assist and conduct daily facility operations and maintenance, overseeing building systems like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Responsibilities include seasonal lawn care, trash removal, cleaning common areas, and assisting the Chief Engineer with onsite contracted work. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and skills in general maintenance, equipment operation, communication, and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications

- Broad experience of general maintenance techniques and repair work
- Proficient in operating equipment including hand tools, power tools, and commercial machinery
- Ability to work outdoors year around
