Job Summary
Barbacks will assist bartenders with opening/closing the bar, stocking liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, and ice, ensuring bartending tools are clean and ready, restocking supplies behind the bar, bussing and clearing cups, maintaining bar cleanliness, and supporting other staff to ensure smooth service. They will prepare and serve drinks as needed, restock inventories, manage back-of-house liquor inventory, follow opening/closing procedures, and help ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced casino bar environment. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. 21+ and ability to obtain required licenses and permits are required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-Gaming Nooksack Tribal Gaming Agency License
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must obtain and maintain a Washington State Food Handlers Permit
- Must obtain and maintain Tips MAST Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in bar backing or bussing preferred
