Job Summary
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing Plumbing & Sanitary works for new build projects while supervising day-to-day site activities to ensure adherence to schedules and specifications. Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients, and subcontractors, review construction and shop drawings, and prepare method statements, work schedules, and technical documentation. Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections for quality compliance with PUB and BCA standards, and promptly identify and resolve technical and site issues. Ensure all installations meet project requirements and workplace safety regulations. A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or Civil Engineering with 1-3 years of experience in new builds is required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works
- Able to read and interpret construction and M&E drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced construction environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in new build projects such as HDB, Condominium, and Commercial developments
