Oversee sales stand delivery within budget and schedule by sourcing qualified vendors, conducting technical evaluations, and managing construction contracts. Ensure aesthetic standards through on-site supervision of sales stands, decorated apartments, and landscaping, while coordinating with contractors to maintain quality and motivation. Prepare site ground for construction including terraplaning and demolition, then plan and control operational functionality of the spaces by detailing executive projects and managing security, cleaning, and maintenance services. Optimize construction processes by eliminating issues and directing vendors on best execution methods. Plan and approve product budgets alongside the area coordinator, while administering area tasks such as invoice verification, contract management, and documentation. Location: São Paulo, SP. Schedule: Monday to Friday, onsite.
