Job Summary
Execute packaging and inspection procedures for specialty pharmaceutical products while maintaining cGMP compliance and 6 sigma standards. Clean and sanitize work areas, operate packaging machinery, and perform product labeling and final assembly. Document procedural steps accurately, escalate deviations promptly, and identify process improvements. Work in a regulated environment requiring attention to detail, ability to read standard operating procedures, and shift work flexibility including days and nights.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures, protocols, work instructions, and other policies/procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge or ability to learn pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to and complete shift work including days and nights
- Ability to lift and move materials/equipment when needed
- Must be able to work above shoulder for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with hands above head for long periods of time
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and criminal background check
- Reliable transportation to work on-site
Desired Qualifications
