Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed to provide skilled care to residents in an Assisted Living & Memory Care setting. Responsibilities include monitoring and administering medications, performing assessments, understanding drug actions and interactions, and communicating effectively with residents and staff. Leadership and supervisory skills are preferred. Requires current LVN/LPN or RN license and at least 1 year of experience with seniors. Multiple shifts are available (Day/Evening/NOC) with FT/PT options and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401K, CEU reimbursement, and referral bonuses. The role is based in Overland Park, KS.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as an LVN/LPN or RN
- A minimum of one year relevant experience working with seniors (preferred)
- Must be familiar with drug actions and interactions and possess accurate and comprehensive assessment skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
- Leadership and supervisory skills (preferred)
