Job Summary
Manage end-to-end operations from customer order receipt to delivery, optimizing processes to ensure stable product supply and improve team execution. Lead data analysis to provide actionable insights on sales, inventory, and order trends, supporting decisions for promotions and new product launches. Collaborate with sales and supply chain departments to co-manage demand and inventory planning, utilizing AI for optimal stock levels. Drive on-site inventory improvement activities to reduce stockouts and enhance shelf presentation through regular customer reviews. Mentally develop cross-functional team members through skill enhancement plans. Work full-time in Tokyo with potential future transfers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, demand and supply management, logistics planning, logistics management, inventory management, or demand forecasting
- Native Japanese level or Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 holder
- Ability to communicate smoothly in English (target: TOEIC 700 points or higher)
