Job Summary
Analyze trends to support the HR Operations Team and drive continuous improvement. Co-create wellbeing programs (emotional, physical, financial) with functions, collaborate with external parties for wellbeing content, consolidate employee voices on wellbeing into actionable plans, perform data analytics to tailor programs, plan and monitor budgets for wellbeing objectives, and support P&C processes (BPJS Kesehatan, Leave) to meet government regulations and PMI practices. Requires a university degree (any major, preferably Psychology, Engineering or HR Management), 1-2 years HR experience (fresh graduates welcome), strong communication and analytical skills, ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, excellent computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willing to be placed in Jakarta and Surabaya.
Required Qualifications
- University degree any major, preferably in Psychology, Engineering or Human Resources Management
- Fluent English
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

- Able to work independently in dynamic environment
- Excellent computer literacy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project)
