Job Summary
Execute and maintain production plans within an FTZ manufacturing environment, focusing on short- to mid-term production scheduling, material coordination, and operational execution. Ensure strict compliance with FTZ regulations and internal controls while operating independently within defined processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related disciplines, 3–6 years of experience in production planning, and proficiency with ERP systems like SAP. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, cross-functional communication skills, and excellent English proficiency. This hands-on execution role is situated in Linkou, Taiwan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Working knowledge of production planning principles (MPS / MRP)
- Experience working in FTZ, bonded warehouse, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent verbal and written professional communication in English
